Virginie Reboul is a development economist with a specialization in social protection policies. She works as a consultant for the World Bank in Congo-Brazzaville where she developed her field experience. She has a bachelors’ degree in Econometrics from the “University of Toulouse 1”, where she enforced her quantitative skills. She has a Master degree in Banking and Finance from “La Sorbonne University” and “Paris Dauphine University”. As research assistant (STC) at the World Bank she worked on the estimation of expected impact of a conditional Cash Transfer on education and health in Dominican Republic using an ex-ante micro simulation model. As a consultant, Virginie provides support to assessment, capacity building of governmental and non-governmental actors at central and local levels. She has a strong teamwork skills and enjoy working in multi-cultural teams with different backgrounds. She has knowledge of econometric statistical software packages.
