In 2014, members of SPRI and EPRI carried out a national multidimensional child poverty study using Multiple Overlapping Deprivation Analysis in Tajikistan for children in the age groups 0-4 years, 5-10 years, and 11-17 years. The analysis deciphered the deprivations of children under age 18 across the nutrition, health, water, sanitation, education, child protection, housing, and information dimensions.

Outputs of the project included a technical report “Deprivation and Poverty Among Children in Tajikistan: A Multiple Overlapping Deprivation Analysis”.
