SPRI Global differs from traditional institutes of learning through its practitioner-led approach.
You’ll be learning directly from experienced researchers and professionals actively advancing the fields of social policy and social protection analysis, design and financing. This ensures that instructions are informed by both state-of-the-art methodologies in current practice and real-world applications.
By providing a challenging and enriching learning experience through innovative and interactive learning packages, we provide participants with the necessary tools to tackle immediate challenges, sustain professional development, and support lifelong learning.
To date, SPRI Global has facilitated over 70 tailored trainings and learning events across more than 40 countries and regions, both independently and in support of international organisations and governments including UNICEF, UNDP, UN-Women, and Oxfam Novib. Our participants span policy practitioners, development partners, civil society organisations, master’s students, government officials, and the broader public.
Our public portfolio of training courses outlines a selection of learning events and capacity building modules SPRI Global has delivered internationally. These include intensive hands-on training-of-trainers in policy analysis and evidence generation, workshops in multidimensional and monetary poverty measurement, personalised coaching in adaptive social protection, and intensive data analysis and visualization trainings for social science practitioners.
These courses have been delivered independently and in partnership with leading academic institutions, including Thammasat University (Bangkok, Thailand), the University of Gadjah Mada (Yogyakarta, Indonesia), and the ILO International Training Centre in Turin, Italy.
