Should the EU Do More to Support Cash Transfers? A Roundtable Discussion

Cash transfers are now a key element of humanitarian aid and social policy in many countries. But adoption lags behind in low-income countries. Could and should the EU do more to support the adoption and expansion of cash transfers, not just as a humanitarian aid tool but as a broader development instrument?
